Hope Gardens is a portfolio of affordable housing in Brooklyns Bushwick neighborhood consisting of 60 scattered-site multifamily properties in close proximity with one community center building. The portfolio contains 1,321 units in garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise buildings ranging from three to 14 stories tall, and were built from 1980 to 1987. We offer studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom layouts.
